My xbox profile got deleted and will not allow me to redownload it.

I have done about everythng I can. I cleared my system cache 4 times. Rebooted my xbox. But I continue to have the same problem. It is quite frustrating. One minute I was playing GTA V the next my game froze. I was still able to communicate with my friends
online but the game was frozen. I turned my xbox off, then back on. WHen I turned it on my Profile had been deleted. I then attempted to redownload it and had no success. Any help would be appreciated.

So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
800704cd. Please help!!

Xbox Live Connections Problems

So recently I have been getting kicked off of xbox live for no reason while watching netflix or play Fallout New Vegas. I read on other posts and it is not my internet because my brother has been playing and he has not been kicked off but I have. I have
tried deleting corrupt files and deleting my profile but there was the problem. My xbox will not allow me to delete my profile, it allows me to delete other profiles and data etc.. but not my own profile, it will also not allow me to redownload my profile.
Help!

Got a reply on twitter from xbox support. So far they just had me deleting profile then redownloading and moving profile to USB then redownloading.

Nothing has worked so far.

So I bought farming simulator on games on demand when my profile was on my bros console I got a new 360 slim and I transferred via transfer cable the game says cant launch when I'm offline would deleting the game and redownloading the game on my console
allow me to play that game offline

All you got to do is delete and redownload your profile. Here is instructions:

How to delete is at the bottom of that page. Make sure to select "Delete Profile Only" for the last step. How to redownload the profile is at the top of that page. Keep in mind you will need to know the Windows Live ID and password associated with the account
to redownload it.

wanted to revisit this thread and give a heads up on a resolution that worked for me. I tried refreshing account history with no luck. I had to delete my profile from the local xbox and redownload it. Once I did that Justified showed back up.

To Delete the profile, go to Systems > Settings > Storage > Hard Drive > Profiles > Select your profile > Delete > DELETE PROFILE ONLY

That should sign you out of Xbox Live. Then just sign in again and have it redownload your profile to the xbox. Hope this helps. Also, got this information from Mark with the chat support through this site. Good luck!
