When you logged in the web, you used a different Email account, that's why you see a different information linked to that account, when you use an email for an Xbox account you wont be able to create a second account with the same email, so the fact that you have a different account means you are using the wrong email

It does not matter how long you had the name your name should have been clean in the first place to avoid a namechange

oh. And this Gamertag is the gamertag that Microsft automatically generated when I started the support chat, without my knowledge or consent, and I was told by support that if they try to delete it, it will also delete my 7 year old Xbox
