    How can I transfer my money onto my account when it says my card is not active yet?

    "This code isn't valid. Please enter a valid code" This is the message i always get when trying to redeem my XBOX LIVE GOLD MEMBERSHIP Prepaid Card that i got free with my Xbox 360 but yet when i try it on the computer it says "You now own Xbox LIVE Prepaid
    1 month Gold Membership Card." but when I download my account onto my xBox it still says i need a Gold Membership to Play online plz help its spoiling the my entire xbox experience

    Xbox gold live won't recognize that I have xbox live

    I loaded a prepaid xbox gold live card onto my account. When I try to sign in and click on play online, i get an error that says "the current profile cannot play on xbox live." I received the email confirming my card was loaded to my account. I have checked
    my status online and it says I have an active xbox live status that started yesterday. What is the problem?

    Sometimes you have to wait about 24 hours for the card to activate, or you can try taking it back to the retailer and have them activate the card. If neither works, you'll need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    Best not to bump old threads. As Smwutches stated above - the most probable cause is the retailer did not activate the card. You should take it back to where you bought it.

    Xbox Gold Membership on Auto-renew canceled itself, and tenureship has been reset?

    Everything I've looked into says that the information I'm looking for should be under my subscriptions in billing, yet the last subscription was a prepaid card that I NEVER PURCHASED/ACTIVATED that was canceled on this exact date, however, I lost access
    to my membership on the 10th, not the 11th. I had my account on auto-renew via credit card, so there should be no way for my account to have been on a prepaid card that I never purchased/activated.
