    My xbox pc games progress is not getting saved


    I tried uninstalling the xbox pc app multiple times, still the progress is lost. Even after playing hours, when i reload the game it loads from the start.

    Hi, Sorry for the late response, Yes i believe it is for all games. Both from xbox app and also other games installed directly.

    i lost my progress after sync console with cloud, so i think new game and new progress now at cloud. On my PC i have game with old progress, can i load progress from PC to cloud , not from cloud to pc. How to find local savings at PC ?
    The local Forza Horizon 4 save games are located here:

    C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData

    There should be a wgs folder in there which is the save folder.

    Not entirely sure how to get the local copy synced to the cloud without the cloud over-riding the local copy though...way beyond my ability to understand

    Xbox/windows platform, but I've got a bigger problem now, remember when I said that my progress on my PC was from a long time ago? Well when I finally gave up trying to sync progress between xbox and PC I tried to play forza on my xbox, but it said there was an issue syncing from the other xbox and it asked me to try again, so I did, quite a few times, until I tried the option of syncing last saved progress, because I thought it was last saved progress from the xbox, but when I chose that, it loaded up the progress from the PC, and I can't figure out how to get my progress back
