My xbox online status

Everytime I try to log into xbox live it never tell anyone I'm online I checked my setting and I restarted my xbox I even checked my settings to see if I was appearing offline and I'm scared to hard reset my 360 and idk what else to do or try

You can go ahead and do a hard reset. Alternatively you can reach out here Xbox customer support

Firstly just try to unplug your console, restart your router and give everything a few moments. Plug your console back in and start your router and console back up. See if that might help.

I usually hard restart both my xbox one and xbox 360 at least once a week. I have never had an issue with it.

That's correct, as long as the website shows the setting as "Blocked" then regardless of what you set it to on the console (XBOX 360 Controller's guide button > Settings > Online Status).

To redownload your profile, simply delete it and then type in your information again.
