My Xbox One's audio is not working correctly.

This happens over a variety of games (not all), but I'll use Fallout 4 as an example (since I play it the most). It always varies on how the sound is messed up. In Fallout 4, whenever I converse with someone, you cannot hear their voices. In-game, my character's
voice sounds perfectly fine. Gunshots are also perfectly fine. However, if I'm looking at an object that is making a sound (including characters), the sound is very, very faint. If the object is slightly to the right or left, they sound exactly like they would
if the sound wasn't messed up. In Halo 5, in-game sound effects and voices and all intact. The only problem with Halo 5 are the cinematics. The voices sound like they're coming from another room, sounding very faint and slightly echo-y. In ROBLOX, gunshots
and some other sound effects (like running water) don't produce sound unless they are looked at at a 90 degree angle-ish (I'm not an expert on FOV). Is there anyway to fix this or am I just stuck with this? (If you read all of this, you either have a lot of
free time or you are very helpful person. Either way, thank you.)

My XBOX One's just not working. I got it over a year ago (I think) and I don't even know where I left the guarranty thingy. What do I do? Where can I take it for someone to fix it? I need urgent help!!!

Game Audio Muted When I Join or Launch Parties

On my Xbox One, whenever I launch up a party or join one my game audio goes completely mute. Why? Please help, I've tried unplugging and plugging my headset in, I've reset my cache nothing is working! Please help me! I use Turtle Beach XO One's

 

if you go into settings > display and sound > audio output it might be on the wrong setting

see if you can set hdmi audio to stereo uncompressed, that might fix it
