Traded my Xbox One in...

By your own admission you haven't used Kinect, so really you cant judge its uses/funtionality etc.

I personally wasn't a fan of having to have Kinect included, never used the original and didn't plan to use this iteration, however, i have been pleasantly surprised by its functionality. The voice recognition is amazing, and after only using it for a week or so, I'd find it strange not having this on a console. The ability to peer round corners etc is fantastic and as stated previously, xbox fitness and the kinect rivals demo are outstanding.

So as far as kinect enhancing the gaming experience, i personally think it has already, and its only just getting started.Click to expand...

Again I wouldn't class peering around corners as something specific to Kinect, I'm not sure what game does that on X1 so I don't know if it can be done on PS4 .

I'm not judging its usefulness I agree it is very useful, the voice controls seem to work very well for example, and I take on board what your saying about never having used it but I can form an opinion on what I've seen and read.

I had the same thing happen to me, I turned my Xbox One S on and it acted like a new console. I have had it since launch.

I'm kinda upset about this because we have tried "extended power cycle on the system and router and this does not solve this issue
