My Xbox One X Won’t Turn On

Probably not a good idea to open it up as that automatically voided the warranty. Other then that I would suggest maybe replacing the power supply, or sending the Xbox in the be repaired properly.

Make sure that you plug it directly into the wall. Not through a power strip. unplug the console for about 2 minutes so the console can reset itself. Then plug it directly into the wall socket.

There was a large post on reddit that went away where basically the power cords in some X's were loose. Might need a new power cord or REALLY jam it in there to make sure your good.

Hello! A buzzing noise? Not even my second hand Xbox One S does that...a small subtle bee sound it does very rarely, mostly when loading up a large area in a game. Or if it's online game, it likes to do that a lot. But its subtle.

Possible solutions:

  seeing black screens when attempting to turn their systems on. Some have found success in disconnecting their internet in order to still play games, but the only other solution is to wait for Microsoft to resolve its own server problems.
