My Xbox one X won't load games and crashes

I'm also waiting and hoping for a fix to this. I have been having game crashes, bugs, glitches and lag in my game as well on the One X. Sometimes I have problems trying to get the game to load and it won't even load up. Hopefully Gearbox gets a fix out
for this very soon.

Hi Sam, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

"Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps."

In regards to the the Minecraft game, please re-launch the game after the steps and then just let it sync.

I tried all the steps and now my xbox series x won't load any of my games...

You can transfer content between the two sure. You would do it the same way it can be done on the current Xbox One S and X.

You may not be able to transfer everything as the expansion is 1TB and your hard drive may be larger than this. You won't need to transfer everything anyway as the hard drive can still load Xbox One games, it just won't be able to load Series X/S games.

The loading performance you'll get will vary per game. With Open world games benefiting the most.

I have a gaming PC with a modest speed SSD. On Assassins Creed Odyssey it takes 6 seconds to fast travel between locations in the game world. On my Xbox One X it takes 40 seconds!

Sorry to hear the game won't load on your Xbox One X. Are you receiving a specific error message and error code when you launch the game? Is the game disc or digital? Are other games loading fine on your Xbox One X?
