    So i got my son a one x for xmas. I created two accounts and profiles for the two emails that i have and a third for my son. I used up all the free redeeming codes for all the battlefield stuff and the one month gamepass and also the two week's free gold
    membership. As of a few days ago the gold ran out so i loged onto this profile that's my main one and signed us up for 12 more month's. Now as of 2 days ago my main profile will not let me sign into any game that requires gold membership and gives me the error
    : xbox live purchase check failure. And goes on to say that it can't verify and content is temporarily unavailable error code 0x80004005. Im also unable to look at my subscription or anything else in the account settings. It gives me an error and says temporary
    problem with service please try again. And to add even more to this issue it wont let me use the store or Xbox assist.. This issue is only for my main account. The account i used to make the subscription purchase. If i log onto my son's or my 2nd account im
    able to get into a game. Plz help me get my main account working as the email is tied to pretty much all my games that i play on other system's so no i can even crossplay.

    Hello Leaky,

    Sorry for the issue with you subscription. Check your
    home console settings
    . Also if still having issues you may want to request a call from support. As there may be an issue with the subscription.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these
    steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    So i did what you said. No issue in my account. It has it clearly on there that i have a subscription and will bill me again next year. I did a hard reset and also made sure its set up as a home xbox. And now there's huge delays when i go to do anything
    in any menu and none of the profiles are now able to access any game. Also my main profile wont even log in anymore it goes to a blank gray screen and just sits there.

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue being experienced with your main account. We'd be happy to assist you.

    First, I suggest just checking your account online under the subscription section and make sure it's displayed there and there were no issues with the addition of the subscription to your main account.

    Once that is confirmed, I suggest completely rebooting your Xbox with a
    hard reset and power cycle
    . Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

    If that doesn't help you may need to re-add your main account to the Xbox and make sure the

    Home Console
    is still set up for all of the accounts on the home Xbox to share content between the 3 accounts.

    Give that a try and let us know the results!
