    My Xbox One X will NOT let me sign in


    Initally i was using my 1st Gen xbox one and i decided to clear the cache by doing a factory reset (upon the advice from an Xbox Gamer)...upon restarting the console i found that when I went to sign in via the “Add New” button, a grey loading window pops
    up before almost immediately crashing, taking me back to the “Add New” window yet again. I have done 4 Factory resets (both soft and hard), i have done numerous powercycles, hard restarts, unplugging etc. Everything you can imagine but nothing will let me
    sign into my account...

    To make matters worse, i decided i would buy a new xbox to combat the issue as there seemed no hope. However upon setting up A BRAND NEW XBOX ONE X i am having the same riduclous issue.

    Please can someone help with this there is nothing i can physically do. I have no error codes or anything. DO NOT SUGGEST ANOTHER FACTORY RESET, THEY DO NOT WORK.

    YouTube app on Xbox keeps randomly signing me out

    I've had (and still do) this issue ever since switching from a Xbox one to my Xbox one X. It's not my internet connection but I always suspected it was my Xbox one (original one-in lounge room now) forcing some kind of sign out on the X (in bedroom).

    But the Xbox in the lounge is off and yet YouTube just signed me out again on the Xbox one X in my bedroom.

    Thought I'd mention this in case it helps Microsoft figure out the problem here, if they look for a solution beyond turning it off and on again, or saying it's caused by internet connection problems.

    Same error code on my Xbox One X, when trying to sign in (0x800488FC); however, my Xbox One signs in just fine.
