    Hi guys,I'm here to write you a sad story..... Some hours ago I was playing my Xbox One X,when I accidentally unplugged with my foot the power cable from the socket. I plug it in again,and when I tried to turn on my xbox,it turned on for some seconds,then
    turn off again by itself. I can't believe that something like this did a damage to my console...But nothing,when I turn it on it makes the normal power on sound and then turn off. I tried some solutions,like reset power cycle (i left the console unplugged
    for about 30 minutes),changing the wall where I plug it,trying to change the power cable,blowing in hot hair with hairdryer (for some strange reason it woked for some users....) but nothing. Looks dead. What the hell can I do...? My console is like new,I bought
    it like 4 months ago...Should call microsoft and ship it to them,or there are any solution I can try..? The freaking annoying thing is that I was about to barter my One X to gamestop to take the series x in like...14 days? They give me 250 euros for my One
    X,but if I don't get this right,I'll be screwed.... Help me,please

    I have looked into it and i believe it is because you console is trying to connect to something but cant, once you have pressed the xbox button and the light shows up try pressing on the right side of the front the button that has three arrows pointing
    out then on top of your xbox controller press the button with the same symbol at the same time tell me if anything happens

    Hmm tried it with no success.

    Could be on to something though....

    My son says it was turned off at the power point overnight and he tried to turn it on in the morning via the controller.

    He then realized it was switched off at the power point but has not been able to get past the light/chime since.

    Perhaps the controller and console have lost contact with each other?

    Have tried this thank you, no luck.

    Just the same cycle repeats.

    After being disconnected from the power, first press of power button, chime but no light.

    Second press, light come on, chimes, then turns off.

    The nearest Microsoft store is 1500kms away :(

    It hasn't been shaken or dropped as i understand, he is very careful with it, it is his most treasured possession.

    This is most likely because the console has been shaked or dropped i would try unplugging and replugging all the cords including hdmi and seeing if that works if that doesnt work you may need to get it fixed
