my xbox one x switches off

My xbox one x once u switch it on after 3 seconds it switches back off. Its still under warrenty so i filled the service sheet in to send to microsoft, just wondered if germany is the address where microsoft fix xboxs. Obviously its germany on the shipping
label but just wanted to check. Thank you

Yep,if you live in Europe then all repairs are done in Germany.

Microsoft has several official repair centers around the world, and it chooses the closest one to you depending on where you set your Microsoft Account's billing address.

So if you are in Germany currently, and you have a shipping label for Germany, then your console will be serviced in Germany.

Hi there. I have tried almost every possible method of restarting, resetting and everything inbetween. Ports are forwarded, etc.

The thing is, I have my Xbox One and Series X set up beside each other. Due to the Series X’s problems, I can switch off my Series X, and switch on my Xbox One, and have no connection issues.

Both playing on the same wifi, both wireless connection, with all the same settings (except the Series X is running on 120fps).

Something is not right with the Series X and I believe it’s more than just needing to reset my MAC address...

I've had (and still do) this issue ever since switching from a Xbox one to my Xbox one X. It's not my internet connection but I always suspected it was my Xbox one (original one-in lounge room now) forcing some kind of sign out on the X (in bedroom).

But the Xbox in the lounge is off and yet YouTube just signed me out again on the Xbox one X in my bedroom.

Thought I'd mention this in case it helps Microsoft figure out the problem here, if they look for a solution beyond turning it off and on again, or saying it's caused by internet connection problems.

I have a similar problem: my Xbox One X after starting Forza 7 the first time switched off. After powering on it switches off after about 3 seconds. So no usual hard boot is possible. I disconnected everything, held the power button
for >10 seconds - no change. Any idea?

Note: my old Xbox One was in the insider preview ring, I exported the setup today to an external HDD and imported this during the initial setup of the X simply having attached the HDD and answering to use the existing setup.
