My Xbox one x suddenly times out while trying to load any app, including settings....

As mentioned, any app or other items, such as settings. just crash out completely. I see older questions similar to this, but I'm not seeing any real resolution. MS support used to be awesome a few years ago when I last had an xbox issue, but now looks to be non-existent. Thanks if you can share a fix.
