My xbox one x has done this since i got it, the first day i brought it home brand new certain games make it shut off at certain points in the game. I have went through all the tips and tried them and this is not user error this is a problem with the software.
So many people have this same problem with these systems and its not a coincidence. Microsoft should of tested these better before sending them to market. My system is well ventilated, plugged into the wall and put on the setting from your support page so
what do i do now? Not play certain games i like because of this system, battlefront 2 hvv is one example of a part that makes it crash.

Sound like you need to call xbox and send that xbox and tha may send you a new one

You are not the first one here with that problem.

I think you should move your console to a place with better ventilation. After do a factory reset, remove from instant on.

Sorry to hear it. If you haven't done so already please try a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps and your saves will be safe on the Cloud.

If this doesn't work then you may need to send the console in for repairs.

Hey Sami-memo! If you have an original Xbox One, you may need to get a new power supply pack. If it overheats or shorts out then it can cause your Xbox to shut off randomly.
