My xbox one x shuts down when loading multiplayer or just during a game

are you connected directly to the wall or via extension? if extension this could limit the power being supplied to your console.

The only reason I don’t think Xbox 360 servers will be shut down anytime soon, even after series X comes out, is that you still have games that I’ve just been added to backwards compatibility and those games will continue on when series X comes out. A
lot of the backwards compatible games have multiplayer elements that need servers so it wouldn’t be a good idea to shut down games you just released.

My one x has performed unsatisfactory since purchase a full SHUTDOWN in the options has been mandatory or issues will occur one of the most frequent is the microphone will not work in multiplayer headset audio will continue to work but no voice support.
Other issue include games not loading and apps refusing to launch but a full shut down corrects this. Very odd indeed.

I too have this issue, and it happens with Warzone and Multiplayer. There's a

forum thread on Activision's forums about it too so you're definitely not alone. I found when I click to load WZ or MP, I hit the Xbox button, wait for it to load, then press B to get back into the menu. I keep hitting the Xbox button after every button
I press to navigate the menus until I'm in a game. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
