Depending when they receive the faulty one x and depending on fault of console and depending on delivery back to you. Check on your repair status they should give you a estimate.

I can’t check the repair status because The controller is no longer listed as one of my devices. And I can’t try connecting it to the Xbox because I sent it into be repaired. So,

You can send it back for repair it's one of the problems of the xbox one x 3 of my friends had the problem

How did you get in contact with xbox repair customer support? My sons xbox one x was sent for repair on february and I have heard nothing back at all since!!
