    My Xbox One X (Proyect Scorpio Edition) turns completely off when I'm playing Minecraft...


    So as the title says, my Xbox One X turns off several times suddenly when I'm playing Minecraft but it only happens with this game, and yeah I've tried uninstalling the game and clearing caché, plus my console it's not overheated or anything...

    Please, I need some help.

    Controller becoming unresponsive

    This is happening to me as well. Already exchanged my Xbox One X with another one (also Project Scorpio Edition). Both exhibit same behavior. Controller turns on the console then desyncs. I have to turn it off and on again for it to resync.

    This only happens when console is completely off.

    Is everyone's XBox One X so slow and clunky?

    I have an Xbox One X, not the Xbox One X Scorpio edition and mine isn't slow or clunky. I think they made so adjustments to the Xbox One X after the Scorpio edition came out.

    Xbox one x scorpio edition dead after 20 mins of play

    Mine died yesterday after 3h of usage. While I was playing Assassins Creed the console turned off. Tried to restart it but the X just turns on for a second and you can hear the Start sound and the xbox will turn off immediately.

    I disconnected all cables, tried a different wall outlet and did some power cycles but this morning the xbox still does the same: NOTHING

    This is exactly what happened to me. I was playing a game of Madden 18 and it just turned off. I tried everything you said as well - nothing. It just makes the startup sound and the light comes on for about a second and then it shuts off.

    Retailer purchased at: Bestbuy

    Plugged into wall outlet (Y/N): Plugged into same power strip I’ve been using for Xbox One for a couple years along with LG Oled 4ktv, and Onkyo receiver - never had any issues.
