My xbox one x is so broken I can't find any help anywhere on how to fix it. Here are the problems, the xbox is showing the light on the home button so it should be on. It wont connect to my monitor or my controller and when my controller does connect it
doesn't vibrate when I press the home button and i cant select anything. That's if my xbox is even on I have no clue since the screen isn't working I'm just guessing since the light is on and the controller connects occasionally. Next the monitor works I have
tried three different hdmi cables and none work. I then tried the same three on my switch and all three worked perfectly so the problem is the xbox. I have fully turned it of and on again. I have done the option to reboot it in low resolution mode. I left
it on over night and nothing had changed in the morning just a not working monitor and the light on the xbox still being on. Usually it would turn of when left on over night if it was working normally. I have tried taking all the plugs out at the back of the
xbox and waiting ten minutes and plugging them in again. Can anyone help.

Hello Youtube has many good videos on the best way to repair or put back together an Xbox One Controller. One is linked below and there also many others that you can check out that can provide you with the necessary steps to get that front plate back on.

I did look at every single video, none of them have a solution for my problem

I am sorry none of those videos were able to help you, the next best thing is to follow this link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/accessories/wireless-controller-broken-wont-work
and try to report a broken controller and have it replaced. Good Luck!

Im sure its not the disc because i used a friends copy and sadly that didnt work either. And the site i purchased the game from (VERY) wont give a refund as the seal had been broken (update game works perfectly fine on xbox series x) its not the disc it just doesn't want to read on xbox one x

I'm having the same issue and Xbox support is useless. They keep playing the same broken record that doesn't fix it because that guy is just repeating what someone else has told him. These solutions are not fixing the problem! Apparently it's only affecting
the Xbox One X. The original and S model isn't plagued by it!
