My Xbox One X is unplayable

Starting a few months ago my Xbox started to have some graphics glitches in some games and others aren't even able to launch properly. After a while, I was able to play most things I wanted, still with the game crashing here and there. Now I keep trying
to play modern warfare and the game cant gets past the title screen without freezing and crashing. Also, I try and play Assassins creed odyssey, the game won't freeze and quit, but severe graphic glitches happen where I have practically a black and purple
wave of pixels filling up my screen and they move with the game eventually making my entire screen black. I don't know if its a game issue or a graphics card issue but I just want to play my games. I've tried hard restarting, putting the games on the external
hard drive and vice versa, as well as completely factory resetting the Xbox and still no success. Any help would be appreciated

if it is issues you have had simce purchase ,i would seek what the place you purchased it from can do

Barring a hardware fault here's a couple of things to check.

Firstly, check the ventilation holes on the sides of the console for dust accumulation and clean them of any blockage. I use a vacuum cleaner on each hole after I have disconnected the power cable from the console. If you're using the console vertical/upright
you must use the approved stand.

Secondly, plug the console into a separate wall socket by itself. Using power boards with other devices plugged into the same board may stop the console getting the required power it needs to operate efficiently.

if that doesn't help, sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices?refd=account.microsoft.com, select the button for your Xbox One X, make
sure it is registered to see the warranty status, then select Start Online Repair.

How old is your Xbox One X? I would recommend reaching out to MS Tech Support for assistance as this sounds like it might be a GPU overheating. If it is still new enough the repairs should be covered completely.

I can also say that both my X One S had issues and now my X One X blinks randomly as well. I’m using a 55’’ Visio E55-E1 and almost unplayable in 4K. 1080p is fine but I didn’t buy the One X for 1080P.
