My Xbox One X is not downloading game update for enhanced features

We all know one of the ways to tell if your game has been updated to play enhanced game features is by going into the game’s “File Info” and looking for the X1XE : True or X1XE : False. True=yes your game is updated for enhanced features
and False=no it has not been updated

My issue is all my installed Enhanced games show in “File Info” the X1XE without a True OR False after it. My enhanced games aren’t running with the enhanced features. I have not recieved any downloads, updates or patchs for these games. I’ve installed
one Disk game that is enhanced, but still it shows the same X1XE without the True or false., but at the bottom it something about Scorpio. The 4 others that were downloaded said the samething, X1XE without the True or false and Scorpio at the
bottom. I’ve uninstslled and reinstalled every game, I’ve reset the console, but it still just shows X1XE without the True or False after it.

There sre no error codes

I’ve done factory reset Xbox One X is set to auto updates for games and Xbox console, I’ve check and there aren’t any updates for these games

My Xbox One X is Project Scorpio Edition

It’s not overheating

I have no other issues

It’s not connected to 4K TV
