    My xbox one x is a broken and mess and nothing is being done


    Bought my xbox one x close to its release. Instantly saw games crashing. I asked support they tell me that it will be fixed in a system update. i trust them. months go by and no fix. i ask again. this time. its the game dev. which clearly isn't the case
    because its every game there is constant crashing. little did i realise it felt like i was being stalled because my warranty is up. i left it for a while. bought a cooling stand in case its a heat problem. no fix. I'm not going out of my way to apply thermal
    paste and possibly break the xbox when its a clear manufacturer fault considering its posted so much about how awful it is. so i'm out of warranty. receipt lost. Could have been fixed if you guys at xbox helped me out a first. i practically demand a new one
    at this point. its disgusting. i can offer any details or evidence of the console and its issues you might need but you have screwed me over for too long. Its a joke i spent £400 on a broken console.

    Sorry for the more angry post. But with how this has been. Plus with how it is now. You'd feel the same in my position

    As Daft Badger pointed out, the best way to handle an encounter where you suspect someone may be hacking or modding is to report them via their Xbox Live Gamercard. Posting Gamertags here on the forums is not allowed and Xbox Live Enforcement actions are
    not something we provide assistance with.

    If you have any further support issues, feel free to post up a new thread to allow the community to best assist.

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    The only way to report someone is via your console
    enforcement.xbox.com/.../HowTo

    It can't be done via the forums or anywhere else & you only need to report someone once.

    Spamming the report feature may get you suspended.

    Once the enforcement team receive a report it has to be investigated which takes time.
