My Xbox One X has issues

My X-Box One X turns on perfectly but has issues with it some of these issues are that it freezes all the time whenever I go on setting or try and play a game. And also my games always crash when I play games. And sometimes when
I turn the console on it shows no display when the hdmi cord is hooked in. Despite all these issues I have been dealing with I try and fix them by shutting it down physically and that does not work at all. I have tried to manual shut my console down but the
console always shuts down before I can even get to setting. I am very disappointed of spending so much on a console that does not even work. Please if you have any suggestions of what I could do please reply.

Media player freezing after 30 mins on Xbox one x

Another observation, this seems to possibly only affect Xbox One X users, as my friend has an Xbox One S and says he has not had any such issues.

 

Controller becoming unresponsive

I'm having the same issues, used my Elite controller form my other Xbox and it works fine, just my Xbox One X controller acting up, hope someone or Microsoft has a fix.

Do you have you console plugged directly into the mains or via a power strip? Is there a surge protector in-between?

 

Hi, To Fix This Make Sure to Power off for 10secs then wait til 3mins then power then if have external hard drive plug it in if dont. hold sync button till it goes to dashboard

 

It should not have any of these issues at all.

Take it back to the store you purchased it from and get it exchanged.
