My Xbox One X has high latency.

A hotspot or a network in a different location so that you can cross-reference the test results.

Thanks for the quick reply, after trying this suggestion I got over 400 Ping, while the other consoles where fine.

After that, I decided to factory reset my One X which fixed the problem this time.

I had tried resetting it a few times before to no avail.

The only notable difference was that this time I installed the console in Dutch, like my other 2 consoles. (Dutch is the primary language where I live.)

My PS4 Pro and 2 Xbox 360s were also unaffected, but I didn't mention them because they run a different OS.

Also, I was connected by cable on all of them, so a signal booster wouldn't really fix the problem.

While I do hope your link will help other people, I had already read that before I posting here.

If you are having trouble with your Xbox or network, this is what I do.

1. Power cycle your Xbox One console. For instructions and some helpful troubleshooting tip follow this link here

2. Power cycle your modem or router.
3. Check to see if you are able to connect to the internet on other devices eg computer/phone.
4. Check to see if Xbox services are having outages in your area, you can check them here
   https://beta.support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status
5. Clear your alternate MAC address. Press the Xbox button, RB over to system tab, click settings, Network settings, Advanced settings, Alternate MAC address and click clear.. This will restart your Xbox.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that your Xbox One X is experiencing high latency while your other 2 Xbox consoles are working fine. There are a couple of other tests we can run to help us better understand what is going on.

Can you try unplugging your network hardware and then have all 3 of your consoles turned off and unplugged. We would recommend having everything unplugged for a few minutes before continuing. Afterward,plug in your Xbox
One X console only, and let it connect. Test your latency and let us know the results. At times, a router would prioritize the device that connects to it first after a reset. After you have your Xbox one X turned on and set up, you can set up
your other consoles.

It is possible that your network hardware can only support 2 consoles at most. One other thing you can try is testing your Xbox One X on a different network entirely. A hotspot or a network in a different location so that you can cross-reference the test
results.
