    My Xbox One X has broken?


    I was playing a game with some friends, and in the middle of the game my party disconnected and the game froze and crashed, now my Xbox is having connectivity issues, i can no longer play games as it wont load them it will appear and disappear instantly
    back to the home screen. it keeps signing me out randomly and always says "There is a problem getting this content at the moment" i thought it was internet issues at first but everything else is working perfectly, i tried reseting my xbox and that has done
    nothing, has anyone has similar issues or knows how to fix it?

    Hi,

    Do you have you console plugged directly into the mains or via a power strip? Is there a surge protector in-between?

    It should not have any of these issues at all.

    Take it back to the store you purchased it from and get it exchanged.

    detailed network statistics     so we can take a look. Additionally, do you ever get an error code or message when the games crash? Post back and let us know!

    I remember Microsoft stating that the Xbox One X would be capable of supporting VR. So technically the promise has not been broken as they never guaranteed it was coming.
