My Xbox One X had a black screen for the past 3 weeks and it constantly shows the screen...

This is happening to me too. My Xbox just constantly shows a black screen and I’ve tried doing everything you’ve mentioned. I’ve actually got a spare Xbox one from my family and I plugged that in, it asked for an update and once it had updated it was nothing but black screen!

Any further help on this issue would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues with your console. When you opt out of the insider program it takes a while for it to go through. For example: it does not happen immediately, the next big update that comes out for
the insider program is when your console will then be reverted back to public OS. We recommend posting on the

insider forum. As there will have which updates and what are some issues with them.

I'm now experiencing what appears to be the same issue as Terrell Watson. My xbox had started behaving glitchy and slow for the past week or so. Then today at start up my Xbox One was stuck at the green loading screen for 10 plus minutes before the screen
went black. My Xbox One then hung on a blank black screen forever sometimes displaying an icon for a few seconds before going completely black again.

I've been having the same problem but I have tried every one of these methods and still got nothing I login to micraft it shows the red mojang screen then goes black and takes me back to the home screen its been like this for the past 3 days.
