My Xbox One X doesn't want to load or show on tv/monitor even after taking steps to reset...

Hey there . I have this same problem and it only gets fixed when you put the output resolution to 1080P. but my worse problem is that I cant connect it to other TVs as well! and when I try to connect it to another tv or monitor it doesn't even recognize
them! I have no signal in other TVs or monitors . except when I use DVI to HDMI convertor and I use an old DVI monitor ! I guess it is from the IC HDMI . but how is it possible that I still have display on my first Tv !? I cant even play on 4k but as I said
it cuts out almost every 5 minutes! but it plays fine on 1080P resolution .
I just want to play xbox one x on my monitor in my room but it seems that it doesn't recognize any other Full HD or 4k monitors any more .
I have tried resetting to factory or lowering the resolution or changing the cable or buying a brand new monitor ..

This is “known” issue and Microsoft are saying nothing about it. My XBox one X is getting sent back as faulty. Rediculous that we have these types of issues. Especially after the red ring of death with the 360, you’d think they would learn.

Have you tried the steps on the following page:
support.xbox.com/.../tv-or-monitor-screen-is-blank-while-connected

This will show you how to reset your Xbox out put settings, and can hopefully reset the connection to your HDMI. If this doesn't work, do you have another monitor/tv you can test it with? Make sure it isn't just your monitor? Also is your monitor on and
set to the correct input?

No. This did not work. And today it won't show my profile at all. Even after I reset. When it starts up with the xbox 360 logo it takes like 3 minutes to load my homepage.
