Based on the description, you are having issue in recording audio with your game in Xbox One X device. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

1. Was this working before?

2. When did the issue start?

3. Are you getting an error message or error code?

4. Are you able to record audio game with other games that is not mentioned on your description?

5. Are you using the Xbox internal storage or external storage?

On the other hand, here is how to record game audio in your Xbox One X:

• Start the game you want to record.
  
• Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
  
• Select “Capture & share”, then choose “Start recording”.
  

The game clip will record the in-game audio automatically. The maximum length for a clip is 10 minutes if you’re recording to the Xbox’s internal storage, or up to 1 hour if you’re recording to an external storage device.

Please note that this method will not record any voice chat audio. If you want to record voice chat or commentary, you’ll need to use a separate device or software that supports this feature.

I don’t think you can fix it. The reason you can hear them is because the chat is in the game and mixed with the game’s audio (unless your squad is in xbox live party). Your voice is input and doesn’t come out of your speaker, thus not being recorded.
The same thing applies to your squad mates. If one of them records a clip, your voice will be heard in the clip but the person recording won’t.

Same I can record what happened on other games on Xbox but when I get into a Roblox game it doesn’t pop up when I hold the share button or when I press the home button and press x to record that also doesn’t work I don’t know how to get this fix I tried everything
