    My Xbox one X does not want to load or sign me in


    I turned my xbox on it loaded fine for the first time then it froze when i pressed the xbox button on my controller. Then i turned it of but it didnt turn off it just flashed at me for over 20 minutes so i took the plug out and then put it back in then
    i thought it loaded but froze when i was putting my pin in to sign me in. I unplugged it again and took the plug out and waited for around 30minute. Then i plug and turn everything on then turn the xbox on and now it doesnt want to load the like starting screen.
    What should i do now it wont even load anything?

    Thanks for keeping us updated. Is your TV detecting a signal from your console when you turn it on? If your TV is detecting a video signal from the console, we suggest using our

    support article for black screens during startup    . This will give you troubleshooting options to allow the console to get back to the home screen. Be sure to let us know the results

    Novice has some questions on using an Xbox

    I appreciate the Xbox One X must be faster at loading games but the Xbox One's speed is fine to me.
    The loading speeds of the One X are no better than any other Xbox One as they used the same hard drive...it used to take upwards of 2 minutes for my one X to load a particular game!! You aren't missing out there. The One X is really only if you want the 4k content

    I load the game. I do not put any sign in information in at all. It asks me to sign in and has one button. The sign in button. It does nothing and that’s the only button it allows me to push. If I hit the red X it says failed to sign in then all I can do is quit the game
