My Xbox One X crashes and shuts down during the games

Hello,

My Xbox One X crashes and shuts down during the games. I bought the device in early 2018 and meanwhile I made the mistake of putting it in a rack. The rack had a significant rear opening and I didn't think it could pose any risk. Anyway, now I already moved
the console to a more ventilated place and it still has the same problem. This is the second time the console has issues in less than 2 years. In first time, I used the Microsoft warranty seal to resolve a factory defect. They exchanged the device for a new
one and returned it to me at no extra cost. When I turn the console on and play for 2 or 3 hours, it crashes and shuts down.
It doesn't seem to heat up much and doesn't even make any noise. The thermal paste must have been replaced when I submitted the device for warranty 1 year ago. The problem already lasts 3 days.

Does anyone have any guess of what it can be?

Hello again! The problem was already solved. Assassins Creed: The Ezio Collection has some problems that Ubisoft has not solved. Assassins Creed: Revelations, one of the games in the collection, is broken. The game simply freezes my screen and turns off
the console.

This problem has happened with 2 games. Like I said, there is no apparent noise or heating. Send to support is my last option.

Is it happening with any games in particular or all games? It could be a ventilation issue that's causing the console to shut off. If that's the case you would need to send it in for repairs.

I bought this game earlier tonight and I keep getting the same crashes. Where the whole one x shut down and I have to walk over and press the power button. I've never had any game crash so hard it shuts down my system
