My xbox one x cannot power on

Hi there,

i am southeast asia, just bought a xbox one x couple of weeks. Today, suddenly i cannot power on my xbox. I been tried a few methods that suggested and follow the instructions like power reset, factory reset, at the end still not working.

may i know how to claim warranty from microsoft singapore? How is the process and so on.

can request a repair here https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ click on Show Details under your console then under Service press Start Order then fill out the form saying
what your issue is.

What section does the system update stop at 13%? Download, Verification or Applying?

If its the Download section, and your network connection is good, a
Power cycle of the console should allow the update to continue.

I know that the original Xbox One has an external power supply. But my Xbox One X has an internal power supply.

The Xbox One X is a more powerful Xbox One. It's last gen. Go for the Series X, as that the most powerful Xbox at this time.

Which Xbox do you have, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X or Xbox Series X or S? Not all of them are multi-voltage. The Xbox 360 and Xbox One will need either a power converter or a power supply for your region. As for the Xbox One S, Xbox One X and Series X or S, they are multi-voltage, and should work fine with the correct power cable.
