My xbox one won’t work

Hello, so my xbox one shut down on me while I was playing and then it won’t work at all although it makes the “power on” sound when I try to start it, and the light on the power brick is orange.

Can you help me? what should I do?

Do you either have another power supply or do you have someone you could borrow a power supply from? Or just take the console to them and see if it will power up on theirs?

Make sure your power supply is firmly plugged in. Or it could be very dusty in your power supply and could use a can of air to clean it. If that doesn’t work you can see if you xbox is under warranty and have it fixed. Can’t argue with a free repair.

It’s plugged in I checked more than once. I’ll try to clean the dust and see what happens.

Make sure your xbox is plugged in fully. If that doesnt work you should trying getting it conntact with xbox support

You can try resetting the power supply by disconnecting it from the console and the wall for 30 seconds and reconnecting everything.
