My xbox one wont turn on.

Hi. I am having troubles with my xbox the past month. The light on the supply box is constantly orange and it will not switch back to white. My xbox will not turn on because of that. The touch button is not responding and i tried every cable i could to
pull out and then plug back in. Nothing is working and i really need someone's help about this. Thanks.

Hi

There are a few things that can prevent the console from turning on. The first thing I would suggest is to remove the power cable from the wall outlet for a few minutes to allow the power supply to reset. If this does not work can you please follow the support
guide below.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue with the console not turning on. We recommend to try the troubleshoot guide for Xbox wont turn on.
Also before doing this unplug the power supple from the wall and the console. Let the light go completely off on the power supply. Once it is off plug back into the console, then the wall. Make sure it is a wall outlet and not an ext. cord or surge protector.

My xbox turns on but the thing is it wont connect to my tv or neither my controller, and when i try turning it off by the x button it wont turn off unless i disconnect it from the back or cord.
