    My xbox one wont turn on


    So, yesterday i was playing on my xbox one, and it worked perfectly fine. however, today i found that the brick on its orange light and i tried to turn it on using the 2 buttons, the remote and the toch screen button, nothing happened, it woundn't turn on.
    Everything was plugged in, I need assistance

    Hi

    There are a few things that can prevent the console from turning on. The first thing I would suggest is to remove the power cable from the wall outlet for a few minutes to allow the power supply to reset. If this does not work can you please follow the support
    guide below.

    Hi Peach,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue with the console not turning on. We recommend to try the troubleshoot guide for Xbox wont turn on.
    Also before doing this unplug the power supple from the wall and the console. Let the light go completely off on the power supply. Once it is off plug back into the console, then the wall. Make sure it is a wall outlet and not an ext. cord or surge protector.
