    My xbox one wont turn off since i unplugged the power adapter


    I have done everything i could lol But i have to ask i downloaded the new dashboard played for 3 days then i decided to do a hard reset on my console so i unplugged the power adapter plug it back in and it hasnt worked since and i heard that it could be
    that dashboard. Im really confused and need help.

    Live TV APP Freezes After Navigating Menu

    The issue has now escalated. After Live TV freezes or the error is show console will completely turn off.

    Turning on produces a green xbox one screen only available if power adapter unplugged. Normal shut off/restart skips this process after it has been turned on.

    After Power Outage, Xbox One Won't Turn On

    After a recent power outage during a storm, my xbox ine wont turn on. After I plug in the AC adapter, the xbox one fan inside the console spins up feal fast, then when I try to turn it on, three xbox one light go and makes a noise, but shuts off right afterwards.
    If someonw could help that would be great. Also I have a third party AC Adapter

    We can swap our Xbox, since I always wanted one that does not switch off when someone pulls the plug. ;-)

    Updates but doesn't progress!

    I'm having the same issue. Whenever my xbox turn off it wont turn off so that means no restarting to finish the update. even if i unplug and and get it to start then power it off myself it still wont turn on unless i unplug it and plug it back up

    Try turning off the controller, then unplug the adapter. Wait about 15 sec then plug the adapter back in the controller and power the controller back on. You could also try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until
    it turns off then unplug it from the outlet for 30 sec then plug it back in and power back on.
