My Xbox one wont start games at all everything else still does

So I haven't used my xbox one in 3 days. These 3 days it was unplugged. I started it up again and I was suprised with the new console update. It's cool and all but I wanted to boot up gears 4 which I have on disc. The problem is that I'm clicking on it and
it makes the sound but nothing happens. I tried my digital games but nothing is even opening. I tried unplugging it and turning it back on but the problem is still there. I installed a game from the ready to install into my external harddrive and it worked
perfectly fine. I really do not want to reinstall every game I have just to see if this fixes the problem. Is there anything I could do? thanks in advance.

Game aren't loading or starting.

I have 29 games installed on my Xbox one and not a single game is working. Some will start and then freeze at a loading screen, when other just wont start at all.

Everything was working fine yesterday all of a sudden a update for fortnite came out I installed it and then no games would work please help.

So Im hard resetting it for the 4th time since Ive bought it (midsummer) I've had it get stuck at start menus and now while playing the evil within the sound will cut out and then the game freezes, and it wont work properly until its been hard reset. The weird thing is that the xbox itself isnt frozen, It still does everything else (youtube, internet explorer) . Anyone else had these problems? and should I be contacting ms?
