My XBOX One Won't Show My Showcase At All

This happened a few months ago and I figured an update would fix this, but it looks like this has been happening to A LOT of users with no solution as of yet that I've seen.

I can't view or edit anything in my showcase, also because I know I filled it before it before, I can't add anything either. I can't do this from any point of access. I've followed the steps below with no result. My activity feed and basic uploading editing
and deleting of clips and screens is fine.

Please help.

Sorry to hear about the the issue, I can definitely understand how frustrating this could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

Please give the following steps a try:

• First, remove your profile from your Xbox One console.
  
• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and add your profile back on your console.
  

If the issue continues after trying the listed steps above, please let us know the following information:

• Are you unable to add achievements to your Activity Feed or Showcase?
• When was the last time that you were able to add content to your Showcase or Activity Feed?

My spotlight and iside xbox don't update D:

My spotlight and Inside xbox show things from february (like February games showcase)

 

My "showcase" is broken. Can't edit the showcase or share achievements or game clips.

Also tried DugFreez's suggestion. My showcase still won't allow me to share clips. C'mon Microsoft, where you at?!?!

Sorry to hear about the showcase issue! I see that you are a Xbox Live Gold member, so that won't be a cause. Let's begin by seeing if the issue persists after trying each of the steps below:

• Power cycle your console.
  
• Clear all items in your Showcase and then try to manually add Achievements and Clips back in.
  
• Share from SmartGlass by launching the Xbox One SmartGlass app by going into the game that you wish to share the clip from, tap the Share button, and then select the Showcase option. Also do this with an achievement as well!
  
• Try another Xbox Live Profile on your console, and let us know if that works.
  
• Try your Xbox Live account on another console, testing everything above just to be sure.
  
• Make sure all of your privacy and online settings are set to Allow and Everyone.

Hey there, Killa Kastro! If the above steps aren't helping you out, give these a try:

• Go to your profile on the Xbox One.
• Select your showcase on the top left.
• You should see a lot of blank tiles.
• Delete all those tiles.

Once that is done, you should be able to add items to your showcase.
