My xbox one won´t recognize the controller´s comand

    My xbox one won´t recognize the controller´s comand


    I have 2 controllers and both of them aren´t working well on the console. the controllers are conected but the console are not recognizing the comands.

    I think is problem of the console because it isn´t accepting the controller comand via smartglass neither

    PLEASE HELP ME. I WANT TO PLAY!!!

    Try pressing and holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds. And then restarting.
