    my xbox one is not working and microsoft said i can get a new one with the warranty i have

    Help disk games wont play

    Was playing a game and my xbox one started to make a loud sound. Game froze, wont play any disk games. But will play downloaded and movies . Anyone know what I have to do to fix?

    Im having a major problem, the disk drive is broken and wont read any disks i enter in to the xbox ?

    hi having a problem with the disk drive my xbox one. It will read the game for a couple of minutes then it will just stop and sometimes it wont read some games at all what do i do ?

    Sorry you're having issues with your console. Usually when games don't launch a hard reset fixes the issue. With your console powered on hold the power button for 5 to 10 seconds. Then after the console quickly powers off turn it back on and gets your games.

    My Xbox took 4 or 5 try's to read a disc but now (as soon as I got Forza 6) won't read any disc.

    My Xbox took 4 or 5 try's to read a disc but now (as soon as I got Forza 6) won't read any disc.

    Adding games to profile so I don't need the DVD

    I wanted to be able to do this very thing since my xbox one disk drive doesn't work anymore well it works when it wants to so I fight and fight with it to read a game then keep said game in the drive just so i don't have to fight with it again. eventually
    it wont work. BTW it is a day one edition and out o warranty and it was sent in to be fixed one other time before the warranty was up and it is still f***ed up.

    Thank you sir but i have a question, will soft factory reset make me uninstall the games i have downloaded from disks, i have read how it works and know if i do it right it wont get rid of the games i have installed but i dont know if that means both disk
    and bought digitally or just digitally.
