    My xbox one won't play games just movies


    Everytime I load a game it crashes my Xbox the only thing I've been able to work is my movie apps like Disney+ nut no game I load up works the Xbox has a major crash turning off almost immediately and tries to restart multiple times before finally successfully
    loading ive tried to leave it unplugged ive tried holding the power button in idk whats wrong...

    at a loss for words and highly upset i would have already bought a new console if you made enough...

    Blu ray player not working

    Same here. Tried playing a movie for my kid and it just won't load. A game disc works but not a blu ray. Even unplugged the xbox one, did not help.

    My xbox one won't play movies made with Nero Vision, yet my other standalone blu-ray player will.

    Go for the one you can afford. They both play the same games. It's just Xbox One S plays games in HDR, were as the Xbox One X plays games that support 4K in 4K. They both play movies in 4K if the movies support it.

    xbox one doesn't support mkv and that's what 90% of my 800 movies are in lol i found a thing called ps3 muxer it seems to work for most movies but won't work for my the wolverine movie sigh.
