My Xbox One won't play games and apps.

My Xbox One isn't working properly. At first, my xbox won't turn on. When I press the button, the sound would go but it won't turn on. I unplugged and plugged it back in a couple two, three times. It was able to turn on but whenever I'd go on games, they
won't boot. All I get is an error message saying it's not working for some reason. So I unplugged and plugged it in again but instead of an error message nothing will happen. I'll click on whatever game I want to play and nothing will happen. My dashboard
where It'll show only games I've played recently is blank. I tired unplugging and plugging again but nothing happened. I tried removing my account and adding it back but nothing happened so I'm stumped. Can anyone help? Thank You.

It goes to the xbox dashboard but it won't let play a game either one from a disc or saved on my console. It also won't play apps

The next thing you could try get someone else to log into your console to see what happens, after this you could try to uninstall and then re install one of the games to see if this helps. Failing that you may want to try is to carry out a factory reset
to the console.
