My Xbox one wont play demos wtf

so its been basically 3 weeks now my xbox one just wont play any demos has anyone else been experiencing this issue .. im extremely pissed ive done everything unisntall, reboot the system ..cleared the cache nothing works when i load the demo it just goes
back to the dashboard its really annoying like come on i pay almost 600 $ for this *** to happen and when i called microsoft they had no answer at first a lady i was speaking with had told me that you can only play demos twice and i told her i havent played
most of them at all like deadrising 3 i havent tried the demo at all someone plz help this is just ridiculous... its seems the problem started after that update a while ago honestly i dont see anyone else with this issue.. i mean i want to be able to play
demos .. i hope im not going to have to send my xbox for repair or something because this is just brutal

Has anyone found a solution for this ...is microsoft gona answer this or wtf im mad..i just got my xbox yesterday and i already have problems with this ***...i cant even play games cause it wont let me make a profile..it was working just fine yesterday ..i
just disconnected it to move it around and my xbox live profile was gone wtf!!!!!

I have the same issue. Today I tried to play the NBA live demo and my kid tried to play the Lego movie game demo, both dashboard right away when you try to play them. Clearly a bug. Your best bet is to wait for the next xbone OS update and cross your fingers
that they fixed it.

 

I am having the same issue for the past couple of days, has anyone heard of any fix for this problem?

 

Lego movie demo freezes my xbox. I think generally there is an issue downloading updates and demos/games from the servers. If MS acknowledge the problem I would stop calling and would simply wait for the update!
