    hey big problem that I have been having with my Xbox one, I CANT PLAY ANY GAMES. It shows a picture and then home screen with the code(0x8027025a) I have tried everything from a hard factor reset does anyone know how to fix this??

    Hey there DeliriousGod1,

    Let's have you try to perform a full
    Factory Reset, but make sure to keep your Games & apps. This will refresh the console fully, but you won't need to reinstall any games or apps. You will need to re-sign into any profiles you had on the console again though.

    My Xbox One won't load up any games.

    Have you tried rebooting your X1? Hold down the power button until the console turns off, then turn it back on. This should clear up 90% of any issues you run into.
