    Please try a Blu-ray movie in the drive or another game anym to make sure the drive is operational. It’s certainly possible with a game that old the disc could be bad

    - Skylanders: Swap Force (2013)

    - Skylanders: Trap Team (2014)

    - Skylanders: SuperChargers (2015)

    - Skylanders: Imaginators (2016)

    The other two, "Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure (2011)" and "Skylanders: Giants (2012)" are only for the Xbox 360, and they are not backward compatible with the Xbox One. (there are no plans as far as I know)

    Sure thing. “Skylanders SuperChargers Portal Owner’s Pack”. Now I know the game skylanders is a pretty old game back in the years around (2013-2017) but i have installed older versions of this one and there playable and they installed fine, it’s just this game I’m having trouble with.

    Have you tried to unplug everything from the console and push the power button and wait 30 seconds and plug all the cables back in and try to see if the game will prompt the update and start to install it,
