    Messaging wont work on my Xbox

    My Xbox one wont let me send messages to anyone. I will go to send a message and type something in and try to send it to them, but my Xbox will just pop up a notification saying "message not sent". Then it will tell me to go to Why Can’t I Send Messages from Xbox One or Xbox App?.
    I have followed the steps on there and it still didn't fix my problem. Can anyone help me figure this out?

    So here I go, my Xbox One doesn't send messages anymore I can't fix it myself. I can send messages from the SmartGlass App on my phone, but my Xbox One won't let me and it has no error number or anything that can guide me to why it is happening. When I try
    to send a message it just says : ''failed to send message'' (Échec de l'envoie du message) my console in is french so.. Anyway, please help me, I called 3 times the xbox live support and they couldn't solve my problem even after restarting it and refreshing
