My xbox one wont let me buy xbox live through it.

I entered in a credit card after my live ran out, and tried to buy a month subscription. When I buy it, it takes me to a screen that says "You can only have one of these per account. So, after seeing this, i thought i had xbox live. I go into a game and
it let me play online. But after i left the game, i was off xbox live again. And it asked me to purchase xbox live. I hear this is a problem alot of people are having. And i was hoping for help.

Cannot purchase xbox live

I had xbox live on auto renewal with a credit card that was recently cancelled. The transaction will not go through because my card was cancelled and now it wont let me buy xbox live with my new credit card.

I've got 30,04 € on my microsoft account but it wont let me buy the xbox live membership for one month.

On my account it says that i have Xbox live, yes. But i just tried to access Xbox live only features like YouTube or Netflix. It is still not working. And on the "featured" section of my dashboard is says "Go gold to play Titanfall online" obviously implying
that i don't have Xbox live. Is it maybe my xbox one itself?
