    My Xbox one won't launch any games or apps


    last Monday I got onto my Xbox one, went into my apps, selected YouTube, and pressed A. It made the noise it always makes when you click on something, but nothing else happened. I went into my games and tried to launch MKX. It did the same thing. I tried
    all of my other games, and it did the same for all of them. I tried my apps, and the same thing happened. I tried to uninstall and reinstall a game, but when it gave me the "are you sure?" Message and I clicked to do it, it did the same thing and wouldn't
    uninstall. I went into my settings and tried to launch "network settings". The same thing happened when I pressed A. I tried turning it off and on and lower cycling, but they didnt help. Has anybody else had this issue? And if you know how to fix it, can you
    walk me through how to?

    Help, On Xbox One, If Battlefield 4 was run last time i played, i need to restart my xbox

    On my Xbox one, if I play or launch BF4, then turn off my Xbox the next time i turn it on, i can't launch any apps, play any games or leave the home screen

    Hello, this has been happening the past few days, my xbox one will turn on just fine and I can redeem codes and surf through the store just fine but it won't let me launch any games or apps. Help please

    so , if you go into settings will it let you select "restore to factory defaults"?

    Yeah, but I have 260 GB worth of games downloaded. Is there any other way besides restoring to factory defaults?

    Forza Lego expansion not on xbox screen

    My game did, however if you go into My games and apps on the Xbox and check in the updates section there. Also if you launch Forza and it requires an update the game won't launch but will then start the update.

    But that update in the link that appears on the post you shared you can find the option to a stand alone edition, so it should be already installed

    If any of the previous options worked, you should try the system recovery options

    You told me there was a windows update that fixed the problem because I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling xbox and microsoft store several times and I've also installed them both onto a different hard drive and also tried installing the games onto different hard drives and nothing has worked it just still gives me error 0x00000001 and when i try and launch a game it doesn't launch and brings me to the gaming service on microsoft store instead

    It still keeps appearing with the same error message 0x00000001 and then brings me to the gaming services page on the Microsoft store even after doing everything you said
