my xbox one wont download anything

my xbox one wont download anything when i download somthing it gos into the queue an starts downloading at like 45mbps then the game icon flashes red then it ses installation stopped , i have rest and cleared my local disc aswell

Is this for digital and disc games that you're trying to install?

Also, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? A corrupted hard drive may cause these issues as well.

Nothing changed. I still have an install queue thats stuck on a 'checking for updates' loop and never actually downloads anything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled microsoft gaming services multiple times and each has done nothing. Any other advice you can give?

Sorry to hear about what happened. Let's see what we can do about that here.

May I exactly know what other steps have you tried so far? Have you already tried to reinstall your Gaming Services app? If not yet, follow the steps below:

Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
Restart your device and try to install the game again.

Don't forget to check for Windows updates and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.

Hey coolkevin, you wont have to pay anything extra. You'll be able to download a Uplay Passport for free from the 'Apps' section of the Xbox One Store.

mine lets me download but it completely crashed my Xbox 360, I now cant connect to online when playing any game, it takes ages to load anything now and the Witcher download stopped a 20% and only said pending and wont do anything else
