My Xbox one won't connect to any multiplayer games

I have had this problem since I got my Xbox one and its getting very annoying . When I attempt to play online games like gta5 online if doesn't work and says cannot connect to services and when I finaly do after 30 minutes it brings me online with no players
and when i try to get a new session 2min it disconnects everyone . I tryed to troubleshoot and restarting my Xbox but nothing works .

Can't play any games online

Every time I try to play online multiplayer on any online game my Xbox one won't connect to the servers. I just recently upgraded my internet and it still won't connect. I tested the multiplayer connection and it says its all good. The internet strength
has a strong connection. I can still log in my Xbox live account with no problem.

Could someone please help, I can not connect to my online features of my xbox one games or multiplayer with the games too. My NAT is open. My multiplayer connection test works.

I've had this issue ever since I got my xbox one last week, never been able to connect to any games yet, keeps saying I'm not connected to xbox live, but my internet connect test and multiplayer test both say OK.

Hello EPICONLP,

Teredo is a networking protocol that’s used to establish secure communications between clients and servers, and to facilitate connectivity
between devices behind routers that use network address translation (NAT).

Sometimes, you just need to go into your router to activate teredo, or "Teredo tunneling". If it is already activated, turning that setting off and then back on can help.

Don't forget to try the troubleshooting in that support article given to you by Amber above. Click on that link, and select the teredo error to begin troubleshooting.

We are having an issue ( for about the last week and 1/2) with the Teredo IP Address. Just lost all ability to play and chat in multi-player. We've reset, restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, reset the Xbox One back to factory defaults ... check with
the internet company etc etc.... yet NO LUCK!!
