by the way i try everything. move xbox all over the house and take it to my m8s house turn network off still not workin

You probably mean the right thing, but the Xbox One does not use Bluetooth to connect controllers wirelessly, but a Xbox specific wireless communication protocol.

Since the console has this wireless protocol built into the special wireless module already, the Xbox One doesn't support the USB wireless connector.

Try the
suggestions in the Wireless Controller Troubleshooter here to hopefully fix your wireless controller issues.

Hey Objectshun, can you try to re-enroll your controller? Here are the steps.

If this doesn't work out for you, it may need to be replaced unless you can verify it happens with multiple controllers.

If this controller was previously connected to the console but is no longer able to connect, you should repeat the connection process using the console’s connect button.
